What is Pyro Mania! ?
Pyro Mania! is an application for the iPhone and iPod Touch. It lets you carry your own personal fireworks display with you at all times. Tap and drag with one or more of your fingers to control a breathtaking 3d display, or sit back and watch a random show every time.
Can I control and launch fireworks myself?
Absolutely. Just tap the screen and you will see a firework explode right at that point
Are there different types of fireworks?
Yes, there are 3 different types of fireworks in the initial release: Regular explosions, huge explosions, and rockets.
How do I tell the application which type of firework to explode?
Pyro Mania! uses multi-touch technology to capture information about your touches on the screen.
- Regular Explosion : Single tap
- Huge Explosion : Touch and hold for about half of a second, then release
- Rocket : Drag your finger across the screen and release
Do rockets need to fire in a straight line?
No, you are free to create curved lines or even spell out letters with rockets, and they will follow the path of your finger drag before exploding!
Can I use more than one finger to tap and create fireworks?
Yes, Pyro Mania! supports up to 5 touch events at the same time. This will help you create amazing fireworks displays!
Can I play music from my iPod in the background?
Definitely, in fact we recommend it!
Can I turn off the sound of explosions?
Yes, there is a toggle switch when you start the application. Additionally, Pyro Mania! will respect the master silence switch on the iPhone. This is located on the top-left of the device.
